What we think about the wine:
The vinification process follows strictly the Method Franciacorta, with a long aging in the cellar of at least 5 years. The result is an intense yellow Franciacorta with a complex bouquet ranging from hints of yeast and spices to ripe fruit. On the palate, it is distinguished by citrus tones that alternate with a pronounced savoury, making it a fresh and vibrant wine, but at the same time structured and persistent.
The "Claro" is not only a wine, but also a celebration of tradition and innovation. Since its first vintage, some bottles have been carefully stored in the cellar and today are offered in a limited series box, offering enthusiasts the opportunity to taste a wine that represents the best of what the company has to offer. This Franciacorta is perfect for special occasions, a real jewel for connoisseurs and collectors who know how to appreciate the beauty of aging and the refinement of the classic method.
